Super helpful and works
Loved this book and I really found the exercises helpful in improving my memory. The stories and examples the author provides inside the book help you understand you should consider doing things differently than you once “thought” to improve your memory.
You’ll learn so much about the brain, psychology and memory that you’ve never even heard of before. Every college or high school student should grab a copy of this - especially the auditory learners. The PDF provides a visual tool to accompany the material which was a great idea. Thank you!

A WORTH READING BOOK!
A definite must-read book!! I just love all the principles and techniques the author has described to refine our memory. The book is so relatable, that we often forget people's names, forget things, passwords etc. The author did a fantastic job by describing all the tips to remember them. The techniques to prevent forgetting are so useful specially if you're a student and struggling with learning. Really very helpful! Gained alot of information!!

Fantastic!
This book was well narrated, easy to listen to and I gained a wealth of information. The author organized the book so well, and I appreciate the way the techniques and applications were explained. With so much information we are expected to know and retain, no wonder we can get frustrated and have brain-overload. As a retired teacher, I can see how this book would benefit all students at any age. I'm in my 60s and want to maintain a sharp brain that can remember important things through this next chapter in my life. I highly recommend this valuable resource!

Important info
I can say with honesty, this is one of the better books I have read on the subject of improving memory. Working as a communications disorders specialist, I encounter individuals who have memory challenges due to a variety of different circumstances. Kam Knight does a great job of explaining how to improve one's memory by providing lots of practical examples. He doesn't assume a concept will be understood by all, so he finds different ways to describe his strategies and how to apply them in different situations.

Great book for memory
This book is all about improving memory, and it's helpful for anyone, no matter their age or job. It compares memory to a muscle, saying the more you use it, the better it gets. The book teaches lots of techniques, like repeating things, taking notes, and using your imagination. There's also a part about believing in your memory ability. The book shows ways to remember stuff using your eyes, like people with super memory do. Not all techniques might work for you, but the ones that do can be really helpful. The best memory book!
I have been intrigued with improving my memory for years. I tried memory palace, word association tricks etc and nothing stuck. But this book rises above all those methods for effectively improving your memory for ever, not just for the hour you need it. Obvious but brilliantly taught, this book is a must for anyone preparing for a presentation at work or wanting to have better conversations. Highly recommended.

Thank goodness for this book!
I have a large clientele and am terrible with names so this book is a godsend! I am so grateful for the tips and tricks it contains to help me remember everything from names to where I put my keys! It is also really helpful for me if I am trying to remember a story from day that I meant to tell my husband and I cant recall details. Now I can find them much more easily by visualizing where I was and what I was doing when it was happening. There are so many techniques in this book designed to help with day to day living and the author did a great job of organizing them and making them simple. Highly recommend!
