About this listen

My name is Inez Garner, and I’m a vampire princess, wife to two vampire nobles, fiancée to two more, and girlfriend to another. I’m the leader of a new coven that is made up of mostly shifter clans and thriving better than established covens and they love that. But we’re still in a precarious position as our main location for the coven only has the castle. And what a castle it is, built by my husband who abandoned me. I’m not bitter. I’ve come a long way from barely surviving, and I think we’ve reached the point where we have survived the apocalypse and crossed into the post-apocalypse phase. We’re still debating that, but the zombies—or the corrupted, as some idiot named them to be PC—are under better control and not constantly trying to eat me. Unfortunately, I think that means those who survived will come out of hiding and be stupid, which is dangerous. No matter how strong we are, someone will always find an opening or make a move we’re not ready for. Does this mean I finally get to play with the fighter jets? House of Garner is an apocalyptic, hot burning, WhyChoose romance with darker elements, strong language, violence, and a heroine who doesn’t let anyone get in her way. Love The Progress

I really like to see the progress the main female character made in this book. Would love to see more books in this genre.

I LOVE this LFC!!!

I literally groaned when I got to the end and realized I would have to wait for the next book. This series is JUST THAT GOOD!!! It was so hard to put these books down so I could sleep because as soon as I'd finish one I HAD to start the next. Silver lining... I might actually get some sleep... lol... only one issue with the last book... the editing was badly done (no offense meant to the amazing author of so many amazing series). My suggestion would be to get someone else. I get that bad grammar can slip through but there were words used incorrectly. Ie. Everyone princess when it should be every princess. So if it's being edited, they are missing the details for the amazing story. And if they are being paid, then they are not earning it. So, sorry to anyone who edited this last book, but you dropped the ball and made it so I had to reread sections that didnt sound right. It almost showed the frantic writing of someone who just had to get this story out. I'm just really hoping it just wasnt edited at all for whatever reason. But I gave it 5 stars because this whole series was amazing and truly spoke to my soul. The emotions were so vivid, I bawled several times. Not cry, but bawled to where I had to stop for a minute so I could see again. So I very much recommended this series, the warts are worth it!!!
