Two books, great advice
I am certain that I am not alone in the weight battle. I thought I had tried everything until I found this audiobook. Both of the books in this collection are perfect compliments. They are super easy to follow, and the guidance is just what I was looking for. What you will not find in here is the old advice, eat less and move more. The book teaches you alternative ways to reduce stress and finally get the weight off and stay off. I highly recommend this book.
