Amazing book!
This book is great because its two books in one gives you the best guide to a healthier lifestyle. The only part that I didn't care for was the narration itself. I didn't care for the voice. It felt too slow and drawn out. How ever it is a book. I didn't know much about hypnosis before starting this book , but I am a firm believer that it is an effective tool. Through meditation and positive affirmations I was able to work on my anxiety, emotional eating and lack of sleep! I don't know what I would have done with out this book. Stop living the vicious cycle of an unhealthy lifestyle and try this book. It could change your life!!!
