The everso effective technique of self hypnosis
The amount of weight loss titles out there can be nothing short of overwhelming. However, Sandra love has really hit the issue on the head with her title, “Extreme Weight Loss Hypnosis for Women” by incorporating the everso effective technique of self hypnosis–a method that, although controversial in some fields, has been proven to do wonders when changing the subconscious mind for the better. It’s pretty amazing, the listener is able to effortlessly and positively affect their health by going right to the subconscious mind–a method I am sure we will see more and more of in the near future. This book also has lovely narration by Jacqueline Michelle, which is an important element when it comes to things like hypnosis or titles meant for sleep.

I have tried hypnosis for migraine headaches and it works. Now it's time to practice all the tips the author teaches in this audiobook. She explains in detail the benefits of practicing hypnosis and the power of positive thinking with affirmations. I really enjoyed listening to this book and recommend it.
