Hartley doesn’t want him. She says he needs to grow up.

She might be right.

Makes me dislike East but that ending tho...

I didn't think it was as eventful as the last arch so I thought it wasn't being careful crafted. I thought Eastons manic thoughts were just filler because in this book hes so much more hostile than sweet. He went through a lot but the bitterness was harsher than his usual guilt. I'm not too mad about the ending because I get to just move on. I feel bad for the people who had to wait for it to come out.

A MUST READ/LISTEN

Loved hearing Easton's story. Zachary Webber is by far my favorite male narrator of all the audible books I've listened to.

Fallen Heir

Jesus, this cliffhanger is not cool. I went from hating Easton and his dumb decisions to something else completely. I don't even know how to rate this without being influenced from it. These kids are evil and I hate it. Loved Hartley though, sucks how much her young self has been through.

Good humor with a lot of frustrating instances.

Next book now!

Easton is a very confused young man. He’s floated through life on a drug and alcohol cloud. Excellent story! So glad the next book is ready because its a huge cliff hanger.

Love these books!!!

I love these books. The characters are complex and interesting. I can’t relate to the vast wealth of the characters, but the writer does a good job portraying the lifestyle to make you understand them.

I can’t get enough of these books.

Love Easton!

Wow this was incredible! I loved getting a deeper glimpse into Easton. The answers to why he feels so tortured. Obviously meeting Hartley has been Easton's biggest challenge but ultimately best reward. I can't wait to find out what happens in Crack Kingdom after that unbelievable cliff hanger!!!

It was great but...

First - I loved getting to know Easton a deeper level! And being introduced to Hartley! Their story kept my interest!
BUT THAT ENDING...
When I heard “ This has been an audible...” I scared my husband when I yelled NOOOO!!!!!

I loved Easton's Story

Fallen Heir is book 4 in Erin Watt's The Royals series. It is definitely a book that should be read in order within the series, to get the full effect of the amazing characters and plot line. I would highly recommend this entire series.

This book in particular focus on Easton Royal. Being a Royal, he is used to having it all. Money, fame, favors and intelligence. He is used to getting his way, because that's how things work in his life. That is until he meets Hartley Wright. She wants nothing from him, and that in of itself is something that sets her apart.

This book captured my interest from the start and did not let go. I cannot wait to see what happens next in this series. I am on pins and needles waiting to find out!

PS - Zachary Webber is amazing in his performance of this story. Just in listening to this performance made me purchase more from him!

CLIFFHANGER ending, be warned!

Holy cow, to be immersed back into the Royal’s life is like being in another world! The Royal family is nonstop drama, which of course kept me hooked the entire time… but those kids at school are no joke! I loved Easton in the first three books about Ella and Reed, he was entertaining and troubled so I was excited to get to his story. It was tough listening to this book because some of my love for the family dimmed. Watching Easton struggle with the drinking was hard, but watching how is family handled it was even harder… I wanted to yell at them when his punishment for being stupid and drunk was to be left in the house alone and filled with alcohol! Hartley was great, I loved the bit of mystery about her but I am really hoping she gets some strength in the next book… she tends to be more of a people pleaser and I am dying to see her more of a bada$$ like Ella! Her dad needs junk punched and all the girls at school need b*tch slapped, I don’t know how someone with addiction problems like Easton has survived there this long. The only downfall is the CLIFFHANGER! I should have known going into it since the previous books had big ones but I really didn’t see this one coming!

As always, Zachary Webber did an amazing job narrating, I'm pretty sure I would listen to him narrate anything!
