Publisher's summary

Katie Morgan has her future planned. It doesn't include becoming serious about anyone before she achieves her goals, not even her handsome boss. Just because she does not have time to date, doesn't mean her boss shouldn't. Her new mission...to make her boss happy, whether or not he wants to be.

Wade McAlester fell in love with Katie the first day she walked into his clinic looking for a job. He hired her, content to settle for friendship until she lives out her dream of becoming a vet. Against his better judgment, Wade allows her to fix him up with a couple of her friends. The dates are disastrous. He can't believe the kind of women Katie seems to think he'd enjoy spending his life with. However, when Wade's old colleague, Dr. Laura Redmond, shows up, Katie is rethinking how happy she wants her boss to be, and with whom. Definitely not the gorgeous doctor.

Beautiful afternoon listen

--I was given this audiobook in exchange for an honest review.

This is the perfect afternoon listen. Suzette Williams has a wonderful knack for being able to write novellas with well developed characters with substance and good storylines. So many times the shorts end up leaving you wanting to know your people better, this book does not make you feel that way. Katy, a student works for the local vet, Wade. He is older, and she thinks he should be dating and thinking about marriage. Wade is busy thinking about Katy. Through a series of events, Katy finally realizes that her feelings for Wade are no longer just friendly, but she wants more. This is a good wholesome romance, absolutely loved it.

Allyson Voller provided a warm and emotional performance. You can picture the scenes in your head with the voices she uses. A definite recommended listen.

Great Oppotunity To Check Susette Williams

Katie works in a veterinary clinic with her boss, Wade. He is a few years older than her and she wonders: Why he has never settled down and married as he's such a great guy. He is a wonderful person to be around, Christian and very, very handsome and kind.

Katie decides that she is going to find a wife for him. She attends college so she has an ample pool of prospects from which to choose.

This is a very nice contemporary Christian romance that anyone would enjoy.

Susette Wlliams has a series of historical romances. I have no doubt that this series will be just as good, if not better. I look forward to listening to the other three.

Allyson Voller's performance is professional and pleasant. Very nice.

Again, this is a contemporary Christian book without any strong language, violence, etc.

Looking for Book 2

I don’t usually read many books from this genre, but I really enjoyed this one. The narration brought the story to life and held my interest throughout. The story was well thought out, complete and will keep you listening. I will be watching for this author in the future.

Falling in Love: Seasons of the Heart, Book 1

"This audiobook was provided by the author, narrator, or publisher at no cost in exchange for an unbiased review courtesy of Audiobook Blast."

A sweet yet naive storyline where two people can't find 4heir way to each other. It was quick and clean.

The narration was well done,

A sweet Christian Romance suitable for teens

I was given this audio book in exchange for an honest review. For the first part of this book I was probably leaning more towards three stars. The story just seemed simple or aimed toward teenagers. As it went on, however, I was more drawn into the story and the characters and relationships seemed more mature and more layered.
This is the story of a young college aged woman, Katie. She works for Wade, an older veterinarian. Normally, you would think the younger girl would fall for the older, handsome man. In this story, Ms. Williams has reversed the rolls. It's pretty funny when Katie keeps setting Wade up on dates with disastrous consequences. I ended up enjoying this book quite a bit. I'm on to the next in the series.

Conservative love story

This is a cute and conservative story about people figuring out they have a crush on each other and are falling in love. Think abbreviated church version of Nicholas Sparks with little to no conflict. It would be a good love story to recommend to a conservative or even to a younger audience since it is very family friendly.
