First book I've listened to by this author

I really love stories written by local North Florida writers about the Nothe Florida area especially. This author captures the true characters living and working in our area to a T. Keep up the good work and thanks for the stories.

Flagler Beach gets a bit dark

Flagler beach takes a dark turn at the Flagler Fish Company. The book is again a series of short stories with both new and recurring characters from the other Flagler Series books, but a few of them bring a dark cloud in this otherwise sunny beach series. It gives the series another dimension it didn’t have especially considering some of the authors other books. I can’t wait to keep going in the series it keeps getting more and more fun!

another hit!

Flagler Fish Company is book 4 of the Flagler Series. This is now my favorite read by Amand Rosamilia so far. I like this the best because of the combination of humor and suspense in it. This is an anthology like all the other Flagler Beach books are with multiple short stories in them. The short clip I liked best was "I Got You" with Eddie and Kathy. With an attempted robbery, it was 5 against one. The 5 boys showed up on scooters looking for trouble. They wanted his money and his woman. Eddie told Kathy to run for help while he took them on, but it didn't happen that way. Kathy wouldn't leave Eddie. It turned out, Kathy was just as good at fighting as Eddie was.

Flagler Fish Company is another stop in the Florida community of Flagler Beach, being a tourist attraction. Flagler Fish Company serves finer diners in the fish and seafood departments. We read many short stories about patrons that come in for dinner and the adventures and mishaps that accompany them. The Flagler Fish Company is run by family members Christian, Cole and Cailie.

The writer, Amand Roasmilia once again delivers us another hit in this book. Great plot and stories. The narrator, Jack de Golia as always delivered a flawless read with multiple voices. What I like the most about this series is using the same narrator! When I read a series, I love to see the same voice throughout all the books. Good job boys!

Any additional comments?

Flagler Fish Company ~ Complete is the 4th book in the Flagler Beach Series. Each book spends a day in and around a particular business. In the case of book 4 it is a Monday at the Flagler Fish Company, a restaurant owned by 2 brothers, Christian and Cole. Their sister Caley helps out in the office. We meet some of our friends from the previous 3 books and also meet some new ones such as Eddie and his wife.

Mr. de Golia again keeps up the continuity of characters from the previous books and brings new characters to life. I also enjoyed the pacing of this book. Not to slow and not too fast. Being a book of short stories, I find that I could listen to it either all at one time or if needed I could listen to it a story at a time.

Mr. Rosamilia alludes to the idea that Book 5 is in the works. I can't wait to see what happens on Tuesday!

Enjoyed

Good enjoyable stories of life in a small town, centered around a fish market with the stories that could be told of the people. They are quirky, interesting, and fun to hear about, Given audio for my voluntary review

Something Fishy in Flagler Beach

The Flagler Beach Fiction Series continues with Flagler Fish Company. This series is like listening in on all the gossip in a small beach town. Though its a series and best consumed in order, this can be listened to in about any order by my estimation.
In this collection, series narrator Jack DeGolia really finds his stride. Best narration of the series so far. He's locked into the authors voice from here on out.

Flagler Fish

I found this the best book of the series so far. There are nice people that own the company.Odd people that work there. There is Holly who needs a bit of counseling. It is a weird bunch that makes for society. Jack de Golia was a very fine narrator.I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.'

Darker than other volumes

I like this series, but this one is a bit darker in its themes than the other volumes I've read. It has date rape, a woman suffering from delusions, etc. I didn't find it to be the fun and light read I count on from this series.
