Boring
The narraters voice was awful. Couldn't bring myself to finish the book. She also contracted herself. In the beginning, she said eliminate all junk food,Then later she said not too.

didn't like it at all
didn't learn anything new about the topic but the worst part was whoever was reading it with this up talking it was very annoying I'm amazed that I finished
