Publisher's summary

Mystic Caravan Circus is heading for the Midwest...and their first stop is Michigan. Hemlock Cove, to be exact. Poet Parker is looking forward to what she believes will be a quiet time. Hemlock Cove isn’t big, after all, and Mystic Caravan is essentially serving as the centerpiece for a paranormal festival in a town where everyone pretends to be witches. There’s just one problem...real witches are afoot, and they’re unbelievably powerful.

When a body drops close to the circus grounds, Poet finds herself facing off with local law enforcement, the town’s only reporter, and an elderly witch who is set in her ways...and knows exactly how she’s going to do things no matter who agrees with her or not.

Yes, Poet is about to interact with the Winchester witches, and who comes out on top is anybody’s guess. The only thing both factions know is that they have to work together to uncover a killer and keep their true natures under wraps. That’s easier said than done, especially when Nellie and Aunt Tillie join forces and decided to take control of the situation.

It’s a battle for supremacy, with Mystic Caravan in one corner and the Wicked Witches of the Midwest in the other. Both sides are going to come out swinging...and cursing.

Place your bets.

My Favorite Series Combined

This is a fun crossover and shows us the Winchester Witches from the Circus’s viewpoint. Tillie is in fine form as usual and Nelly’s crush in her is hilarious. 😚

Great story

I was so looking forward to this book and wasn’t disappointed! My only complaint is that the narration of Bay’s characters sounds mechanical like an AI.

Circus and witches

This was such a fun book to listen to. After having already listened to all the Witches of the Midwest books it was fun to have them interact.

Freaky Witches

Has to be the worst narration I have heard in an Amanda M Lee book! Seriously hard to listen to! the narrator needs to realize a Midwest accent from a southern accent. If they listened to any of the Winchester series before this one Landon and Bay are not simpletons! Research before reading please

Great story

The story was great. The narration was terrible for Bay and Landon. Who thought it was a good idea to give Landon a Texas twang?

This one is the best yet in the series !

Loved the intermingling of the storylines and the characters. If you want an exciting storyline along with a lot of snark and one liners, download this one now!

the series rocks!

so far I have listened to the first seven books of this series, at first I wasn't too sure about it but it grew on me. there is a lot of whining and digging at each other but other than that the storylines are great. the narrator does an exceptional job on the characters, their voices are very distinctive. there might have been an issue or two in the series but I'm not going to get into that but I really like the series.
