You should read this in your 30’s at least
As always Mireille has great content. I’m 38 and wish I heard this book before although apparently I’m in the almost perfect age to do some changes that will certainly show in my health and while I start aging with no need of facelift or other sort of things.
It’s about wellness and how with the respect to your body and use of what nature gives us we practically have all we need to keep looking good and feel good with aging and not be traumatized by things that we won’t be able to change.
It’s all about staying healthy enjoying the process taking care of one now for now and the future and age smart.
My third book of Mireille in less than 2 months and wanting to read the next one

Fabulous!! A wonderful book!
Fabulous!! A wonderful book. I've been a Fitness Specialist, Yoga and Pilates instructor for 20 years and an author of 9 books. I turned 55 today and I wanted to read/listen to a book to inspire me and feel good about aging. I found this book in Audible. I listened to it last night.. I loved it! I woke up today on my 55th birthday feeling happy and smiling. With covid and gatherings limited and not happening, I needed a pick me up book. This was perfect!! I'm going to go find the authors other books and listen to them too!!

Wonderful book with great read
I have loved all of Mireille Giuliano’s books made all the better by her narration of them. I find all of her books in-lighting, entertaining And very helpful to this aging woman!

Entertaining, but boring at times with very strong and judgemental opinions
I made myself finish this book as I just like finishing things. Some stories and anecdotes throughout the book were funny and entertaining, some chapters were full of basic facts that you can find online, but the author did a great job doing this search for you and placing it in one book, so I give credit for that.
The other thing that I didn’t appreciate is a very strong, judgement and opinionated narrative, but then again this book is just an opinion of one person so definitely keeping that in mind just take what resonates and ignore the rest.
Would I recommend this book? Perhaps not.
Do I regret reading it? Also not, as it was funny at times and I appreciated a good compilation of questions on aging to reflect upon at the end of the book and also some great examples of inspiring women.
