I have been learning French with the Babbel app for about a year now. I've gone through almost all of their French lessons now, so I’ve been looking for something to keep me immersed in the language so I can keep learning and practicing. I found this book super helpful with adding to my French vocabulary. I’m going to listen to this book again a few more times to help me remember the new words.

As a native French speaker, I was mostly looking for a beginner's guide to share with my friends who are keen to learn some basics. I absolutely loved this book. I've been trying to learn French for years and have purchased multiple apps on my phone and nothing ever stuck. So when I found this book I was a little skeptical, but I'm so glad I listed to it! Everything was done in a way that made it easy to understand and follow along. I especially liked the real-world examples and fun phrases which helped me retain the info. Highly recommend! Bonnes lectures!

This is a must-listen! As a French speaker, I 100% approve of this book. I always describe my language as complicated and tricky, but this audiobook makes French accessible and fun to learn. The most challenging part when learning a new language is learning the essentials and all the exceptions; this audiobook does a fantastic job of breaking down information and giving great advice and tips. I would honestly recommend it to anyone, from children to seniors. I told my boyfriend about this audiobook, and he's looking forward to listening to it.

Otherwise the content is very good, it just needs to repeat the words twice instead of saying repeat. Just say, say the word in the pause and it would have been a 5 star book. Narration was a real person from France so it was perfect. If you know nothing of the French language you will get a very good learning experience from this book. I was given this free review copy audio book at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
