Publisher's summary

It's finally Kenneth Alexander and JeNelle Towson's wedding day. They have weathered so many trials to get to this point. Still, there is danger to be dealt with in the form of JeNelle's former husband and Kenneth's nemesis. Can anything else go wrong for them?

Kenneth's younger sister is finally ready to date again after the disastrous relationship she survived with her former fiancé. Now, Derrick Jackson, the famed basketball icon, is making it known that he wants her in his life...permanently. Still, what of her feelings for Derrick's best friend, Chuck Montgomery and his feelings for her? She is just as confused about the right path as is her other brother, Air Force jet fighter pilot Captain Benjamin Alexander. The woman he finally realized that he loves, his best female friend, US Navy Lieutenant Stacy Greene, has given birth to their daughter, Whitney Ivy. He expects to marry Stacy and make a life with her and Whitney Ivy. However, when he arrives at the hospital to take them home, Stacy has already left and accepted a secret deployment leaving Whitney Ivy behind for Benjamin to raise alone It is not Stacy's intention to ever see Benjamin and Whitney Ivy again.

It appears that three of the five Alexander offspring still have uncertain futures ahead of them.

The fourth episode of Fruit from This Tree

Keeping up with the members of the Alexander and Montgomery families and their friends... Their stories are all interrelated but they also stand on their own.

Alexandra Ward has so many wonderful characters. I’m really invested in their lives and can’t wait to see what comes next.

Kelley Hazen continues to excel with her narration of this series. I have no issues at all with being able to pick out each of the characters. They each have their own unique voice and their personalities shine through.

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and I have voluntarily left this review.

A Great Series

I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the narrator and found it extremely enjoyable. Just a small family wedding for Kenneth and JeNelle attended by 600 friends and family. A day that changes many lives not just the bride's and groom's. With top secret projects and enemies in the future, the suspense doesn't stop. With interesting and intriguing characters to keep you listening, you'll find yourself listening much longer then you intended. It's very enjoyable and I'll have to check out more books from this series.

Great Characters/Families

I totally enjoyed this book with good narration. I love all of the characters of the Montgomery and Alexander families. Kenneth and JeNelle getting married but Michel still is causing problems. Vivian is dating and getting close to Derrick but still hasn’t told him her secret while I think Chuck Montgomery is not out of the picture (hope he wins). Kenneth is doing a secret job for the government and made a deal to hopefully get Stacy to the US and possible reunite Benny. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review. Thank you

Great Read

Fruit From This Tree: Episode Four was a great read by Alexandra Ward. Kenneth Alexander and JeNelle Towson are getting married. Unfortunately they have weathered many storms and there is still danger lurking around them because of her ex husband. Vivian Alexander is ready to risk her heart and date again. At the same time Derrick Jackson is making it known how he feels about her. She still has feelings for both Derrick and his best friend Chuck. Benjamin Alexander is confused about what the right path is for him. He's in love with his best friend Stacy Green, who gave birth to their daughter Whitney Ivy. Benjamin wants to marry Stacy, but she has other plans. I really enjoyed this book and can't wait to read more by the author. I really loved Kelley Hazen's narration.

Lots going on

A lot of characters and found it to be a little confusing. There was plenty of dangerous plots with JeNelle’s ex still creating issues. Just wasn’t for me.
