The best method to lose weight

I met Amber and her scientific approach to using hypnosis through a friend. I am very pleased, the book is well done, the narrator's voice does not bore and the techniques are easy to perform even for beginners.

Eating disorders and problems

I have always suffered from eating disorders. No diet seemed to work. Then I discovered Amber and her approach to hypnosis and everything changed. Now, I’m a new woman. I feel comfortable with my body and much more confident in myself.

How Does the Mind Work?

I think this is the question every person who wants to lose weight needs to ask themselves. it is our mind that decides our actions. Every action we take starts with our mind. It doesn't make any sense to go to the gym and do boring diets if we don't, first of all, train our mind to a healthier lifestyle.

Glad to have learned hypnosis

I always thought that in order to lose weight you had to do boring diets and exhausting gym sessions. Since learning hypnotic techniques my life has changed. I have full control over my mind but most importantly over my body.

How to Reduce body weight safely and easily

This book has helped me so much in losing weight. I am a new mom, and pregnancy had lift me with some bad marks. I went to the gym but had to give it up. I was too busy with family responsibilities. I felt frustrated and unmotivated. I love my kids but I also love my body. Thanks to hypnosis I started doing hypnosis sessions every morning. These sessions have helped me tremendously in self-esteem and in stopping emotional eating.

Women and Weight Loss

I think this book is perfect for women. We are always busy with kids and work. Going to the gym, following boring diets is very difficult when you have a busy life. Hypnotic techniques are a solution if you are short on time. I loved this book.
