About this listen

This title will be streaming in Audible Plus through September 1st, 2021.

Long ago, the Monarch Northstrider created a world of his own.

This world, known as Ghostwater, housed some of his most valuable experiments. Now, it has been damaged by the attack of the Bleeding Phoenix, and a team of Skysworn have been sent to recover whatever they can from the dying world.

And when the plan goes horribly wrong, Lindon and Orthos find themselves lost in the Monarch’s world alone.

Now, Lindon must brave the depths of this new dimension, scavenging treasures and pushing his skills to new heights to compete with new enemies.

Because Ghostwater is not as empty as it seems.

Amazing book - amazing series

I love all of the Cradle books by Will Wight. They simply never disappoint - book candy through and through. Travis Baldree's performance is amazing as well. He has the perfect voice for these books and gives so much consistent personality to each of the characters that you are never at a loss for who is speaking. It easy, listening to him read, to fall into the story and let it take you on it's wild Will Wight ride.

As for what made this book even more enjoyable than the earlier books for me, I'd have to say it was Dross. I loved the character. It's humor really kept me engaged. I laughed out loud several times while out and about running errands and enjoying the book a the same time. It was that fun.

I'm hoping more listeners will find this series and give it a try! Simply amazing. I cant wait for the next one and am lucky that "Underlord" will be out in only a few more days.

Thank you Will and Travis for giving me so much to look forward to! Keep'em coming.

Check out my review...

My review of book one applies to all six books that I have read!

Too many threads, and non-linear progression!

The tale is captivating, without a dull moment.

New characters, new problems, new world, and personal growth and development combine to make this an enchanting tale.

Man the bloopers 🤣

The book was great and the bloopers at the end were some of the best I've heard from these types of books. 🤣

Addictive.

Now we have artificial intelligence too - cradle have it all and even more. You could create colorful a MOBA from the characters and skill from Cradle so far.

Such a cool and unique series! Loving it!

Its adventure, suspense, danger and a bit of violence too. Altogether, I like it for its originality, but some aspects are better than others. The characters are great. i love that it constantly reinforces you need to keep persevering to succeed and pain/hardship is often what makes you a better person. Good books!

My favorite in the series so far

I've listened and re-listened through Bloodline and this one is still my favorite and introduces a character I love to bits and if you've read as far as I have, you'll know why I'm looking back to this one. This story is focused and probably why I can recall more from this book than any of the others.
