I enjoyed the story and narration, though the intensity and sense of urgency with which the narrator tells the entire tale was fatiguing after a bit. I recommend this book if you enjoy Conan and Kull style sword-adventure.

This one was just a random buy due to boredom I really wasn't expecting it to be any good but I was wrong and this book turned out to be a Gem!!
I was blown away by the action and the dialogue was top notch. I'm also a nut for Neolithic history so that area used with fantasy elements was amazing I will definitely be purchasing the next book!

I love Dan Davis’s nonfiction work on YouTube and was not disappointed by his fiction—what a story! Compelling, tense, and exciting all the way through, with a few laughs along the way to bring some levity. The characters were wonderful, as was the plot. Do not miss out on this gripping tale of family and war.
