I want to become a Sleep Champion!
I really enjoyed listening to this wonderful collection of guided meditations. Each session is crafted to help guide you into to a peaceful state of restfulness. The sessions varied in time duration depending on area of focus. I have difficulty getting into a restful state of mind throughout my day and when I sleep so I feel these guided mediations are exactly what I was looking and they will benefit me greatly. I'm going to aspire to become a 'sleep champion' thanks to this amazing audiobook!

Natural way of guided relaxation and meditation
I was looking for a working method of meditation. Many times I started and couldn't practice and gave up. With this book, I can just follow as it guides through each step. No need to do anything, but just practice as it says. This book is just like you are in yoga class, and easy to follow. I can't wait to see how this will impact my entire cycle and getting deep sleep to recover my health condition. With busy life style, you won't find easily to get inner peace and meditation on time when your body really needs. This book will make so much easier, and with little time, you can see how you can be relaxed and already in a peaceful stage. Caring for yourself to energize the inner mind is the path to happiness truly. I would recommend this book to anyone with busy life who really needs relaxation to live a healthy life!

New Addition To My Stress-Relief Arsenal
As a chronic anxiety-prone insomniac, I’ve tried my fair share of guided meditations, but I’m sensitive to certain voices and inflections, so it’s safe to say I’m hard to please.
The voice in this meditation audio made this one a winner for me. Not abrasive or whiny, but soft and soothing. Instead of jump-scaring me out of the meditation, it lulled me deeper into relaxation, and I can’t stress how important that is for meditation to be effective.
This guide provides eight varying meditation sessions, all ranging within twenty to sixty-plus minutes. As well as two additional ten-minute bonus meditations, which is great for when you’re strapped for time. (Especially the shower meditation!)
Definitely a great anxiety relief tool that I will be using for a while.
