Good guidance!!

Great!! Both parents and teachers will find this book to be very helpful. This book focuses on a different aspect of mindfulness: boosting motivation/making goals, sharpening focus, kindness/connection to oneself, others, and the world, fostering creativity, and relaxation. There are many mindfulness exercises on each page, along with suggestions on when to employ them and explanations of their benefits.

This book is excellent. It first provides instructions on how to get your child ready for a restful night's sleep, both physically and emotionally. Then, to ensure that your child falls asleep, it reads such charming and comforting stories.

Great for kids!!!

I purchase this audiobook not to long ago and have read it to my kids every night since and they love it!

Guided meditation was brand new to me.

Before purchasing this book, I had never attempted anything, but everything worked out perfectly the first time. During the first story, my kid slept out, and I believe he slept well.

Easy to follow

These meditations were easy to follow by my children and me. We completed them in a week and they have made us feel more at peace with each other.

Enjoyed so far

An excellently organized book that provides guidance. It takes practice and doesn't happen overnight, but there is a decent selection of stories from which to choose and helpful advice at the end to guide you.

Lovely meditations !!

My 5-year-old daughter has been staying up late a lot recently. I thus believe that this comes at the right time for me. I read the book, and it was unquestionably a great resource for parents learning how to control their kids' sleep schedules.

Lovely Guided Meditations and Stories

Before going to sleep, my children liked listening to this book and daily mindfulness exercises. The tales were soothing and wonderful. We'll listen to.

Amazing book to teach kids!!

My almost five-year-old and I have found this book to be a wonderful addition to our daily routine. This book is a wonderful tool for teaching youngsters how to recognize and manage their emotions. The book is simple to listen. We have been using these

It's a fantastic concept!

This wonderful book can give you and your kids many peaceful hours of quality time together. I never considered combining meditation with a therapeutic children's tale. This book deserves praise.
