"He Loves Me…Knot is endearing and captivating and shouldn’t be missed." (USA Today's Happy Ever After Blog)
"Knox and Emma Jane’s snappy love story glued me to my Kindle. Sweet and sexy, hilarious and passionate, it’s absolutely delightful. And don’t get me started on the Heisman-winning best friend. Happy sigh. 5 stars!" (Author Leslie McAdam)
"Filled with heat, heart, and humor, He Loves Me...Knot is second-chance romance at its best!" (Rachel Lacey, author of Run to You)
I never looked back after skipping out on my own wedding, even if it did leave me estranged from most of my family. Eight years later, I have the life I’ve always wanted. As an advertising account executive, my world is damn near perfect.
Until I come face-to-face with my past. With the man I once loved. The man who holds my future in his hands. The man who’s hell-bent on getting even with me for leaving him at the altar.
Even with all the unfinished business between us, I still love Knox Montgomery. The only problem?
He loves me…knot.
"He Loves Me... Knot took me on a roller-coaster from start to finish. It had the perfect mixture of sweet, angst, and steam. I loved every second of it!" (Amber, Up All Night Book Addict)
"Chock-full of heart and heat and just the right amount of Southern charm, He Loves Me...Knot is hands down one of my top reads of the year." (Author LK Farlow)

The hero is the other ass. How does he not demand explanation for eight years, when his heart is supposedly broken?
The story was well written, but cliche. Plus, I'm really bored with those stories that have an eventually totally meaningless "big secret". It made me to keep on listening, but I hated every minute. But not quitting at about halfway makes me the most stupid of all.
How stupid

Because of their performance, they took a story that had some weak points and brought it to life. It’s a typical second chance trope, but I didn’t care for the circumstances that brought them there and the reactions they had. I did enjoy the famous athlete platonic bestie. It made me feel like the situation wasn’t necessarily a mistrust in Emma’s men in her life, but certain people.
An ok book made great by narrators.
This is a great audiobook, but...

Good but a little drawn out!

I couldn’t get myself to like EJ or Knox, they were both very frustrating characters. EJ in my opinion was a coward for running away the way she did, with no explanation or anything. Knox, I felt like at first he was cold hearted but you could see how hurt he was and it caused him to act out.
So the thing that bugged me the most was the lack of communication between them. I really dislike that the “big secret” wasn’t revealed until there was under 3 hours left. Then it still took longer for her and him to talk about the reason she ran! But they had no problem hooking up over and over but not discussing that. The catalyst of the secret coming out was the fact he fired her over a lying co worker without investigating first, just took her word and fired EJ. So then a whole new problem arises with that.
It would have been a sweet story if they had been upfront and sorted the issues before falling into bed and pushing issues to the back burner.
As a side note, I really liked Beckett. He was a good friend to her and funny

Thankfully, the sixth time, it was used correctly. Relish is not a word that should appear 6 times in a single book. "The", "and", "if"...fine. but not "relish". The fact that the first two were in the same scene and the last 3 were together in another scene is... irritating.
That said, the narration was on point.
I relish excellent narration.
