This is a life-changing book! There is so much depth and knowledge in these pages...I will be using it as a reference for many years to come. If you are suffering from any chronic illness, you need to read this. It will save you so much wasted time researching diets and supplements. Sandie gives all of her years of research and clinical experience right here. And the mindset work and spiritual work are key to healing. I am a nurse and have so many patients that are suffering from chronic health issues, I am so happy to have a comprehensive book that I can recommend so they can follow Sandie’s program and heal themselves naturally. They say “when the student is ready the teacher appears”……if you have been wondering if you should read this book…….stop wondering. This is your sign! This book resonated on a soul level; much of Sandies journey felt so parallel to mine it was mind blowing.
Within a few hours of starting the book it was undeniable my next step was to go deeper and work with Sandie 1:1. Her whole body approach (mind, body, spirit) and her approach to healing resonated deeply for me. I have followed Sandie now for about 7 years and am so excited to work through the tests to get to the root of my issues. Undoubtably if you are struggling in any area of your life this book will have some very valuable take aways for your journey and will help you to recognize where changes need to be made and most importantly will offer practical solutions for how to break toxic cycles and how to take full responsibility of your healing and life.

Sandie’s book is truly amazing! I’ve never read a heath book that would contain so much useful and applicable knowledge. It’s starts with approaching body first. Sandie makes a point how important it is to do proper testing, such as blood work, OATs test, Genetics and others. She actually explains how the genes and how bulky knowing them you can target the supplements that would be useful in healing. Then she focuses on mind and how crucial it is working on it in your healing journey. Spirit section in addition to other great info has a variety of practical meditations one of them Qigong meditation which opened me the world of Qigong. The book gives you a lot of knowledge and more in a way that it really interests you in various subjects and you just want to find out more about them!!!
After reading this book makes you feel powerful that you can heal yourself and also make world a better place!

A higher level of learning about healing
Sandie’s common sense approach to healing allows her readers and clients to separate themselves from disease and use the power of mindset to heal and live an abundant life. So many who have chronic illness focus and stress about symptoms, and often self diagnosing and experimenting with treatments that cause more harm in the long run.
