Motivational, entertaining and inspirational
I absolutely loved this book. I listened to it while walking each day and it has given me the initial push I needed. I may even listen to it again because I enjoyed it so much. I was able to relate to the author more than I ever thought. Thank you for sharing your journey with us.

I really enjoyed this!
Even though the actions she took may be very ‘basic’, what I appreciate is that she’s kept a record of what she did and how she did it, and kept to it. For most people follow through is the biggest challenge, so it is inspiring to have such a lighthearted account of the impressive feat of taking on a challenge and seeing it through. I definitely recommend it if you’re looking for inspiration to change and would like to surround yourself with company that will inspire you to see it through.

Liked it more than I thought I would!
This title definitely put me on a path I thought I had well-covered, but I found it enlightening and informative. I teeter-tottered up and down as to whether or not to check out the title, and I'm glad I chose to follow through. It definitely motivated my thoughts and I feel ready to act on those thoughts.
It was humorous in some parts, and very thought provoking in some other parts--but not preachy. I very much liked that. It has given me inspiration, which I guess, is what I was hoping for and now...on to my own challenges to complete in 52 weeks! :-)

Let Down
A lot of fluff amongst pretty basic information. Much material on things (points of interest in author's country and a recipe for chutney) that detract from the thrust of the book. Overall it was mildly inspiring. Listen to it (if you must) at 2x the speed and you will get what little it has to offer.
