Love this audiobook
The narration is excellent, clear and pleasant diction easy to understand even by person not born or educated in the United States. Enjoyed very much the chapter on empathy and becoming a better listener. Will reread it a few times to make sure not a word is missed by me. This is very insightful, and as honest as honest gets!! And that's what's needed in order to become, and do better!! I'm listening to this book from my wife's account... I must say, you've become one of my favorite authors.
