Would you like to learn to control your anger? Do you want to become a more positive individual? If so, you need to keep reading...

You are about to embark on a journey!

You have made the decision to become a more collected individual. You have freed up your daily calendar and discussed the matter with the people in your life who matter. However, you forgot the most essential thing: You don’t have a lot of time to work on your anger and need it to happen as soon as possible.

In How to Deal with Anger and Avoid Acting on Impulse, you’ll discover:

  • What is anger, how it negatively affects you, and what can you do to control it to become the positive and productive person that you want to be
  • An understanding of anger at a fundamental level and how it affects you during different periods and circumstances in our life
  • Why people get angry with notable stress on understanding its cause and the various internal stimuli that leads up to and aggravates it
  • A lowdown of why you need to manage your anger and not always suppress it
  • How do you get rid of anxiety, depression, and stress as you deal with anger
  • Relaxation techniques you need to know to put your mind at ease and start looking at the bigger picture

Most of the time, anger issues develop during the developmental stages of our personalities, but these can be overcome with patience and practice. The science of psychology has advanced quite a bit over the years, and techniques have evolved, using which anger can be done away from its root.

Even if you have never worked on controlling your anger before, you can eradicate it and live a life filled with peace and tranquility.

So, if you want to ensure that you stay mentally healthy and not stagnate with a state of corrosive anger, then you should listen to this audiobook!

good information and methods

I enjoyed the information and insight this book gave me. The introduction portion of the book seemed almost like a computer was reading it, but after that part it was much better.

The exercises were properly balanced.

Good substance. Lots of places to write your own answers to their questions. Beneficial when analyzing yourself. The exercises were properly balanced. I only wish there were follow up services or online group meetings to help with putting some of the material into practice.

Loved this book!!

I loved everything about this book. It really helped me understand why I might be angry going back to things in my childhood, and how to avoid acting on impulse now. It was easy to listen too, and I learned a lot. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is struggling with finding the root of anger and ways to over come them. I especially liked the Christian aspects through the book too. Thank you!!
