The How to Survive series:

A well written book. Stephanie Anne Allen is obviously very knowledgeable on the subject and comes across as very empathetic.

The narration by Holly Holt was very well done.

How to survive series

I live with mental illness. This series did a great job of helping me understand different mental illnesses, and how to cope with them. These books weren’t too intellectual, meaning they didn’t get super technical, and spoke in a way that I could understand.

Interesting book

First of all I must say great narration. This narrator has a pleasent , soothing, calming, and cheerful. The book has some good info given in a very positive way. The book is a message of hope for those who suffer with anxiety.

Good Info

How to Survive Anxiety has plenty of information about what anxiety does a person and how to cope with it. The language is smooth and easy to understand. I was hoping there would be a little more about how to live with anxiety, but what’s here is pretty good.

Narration is pleasant and soothing.

I really loved how when I was listening to it it felt more like a conversation I was having with a close friend. The last couple of chapters I feel myself revisiting when I need some encouragement or pick me up.
