I love the fact that this book is for Pastors’ wives, but I believe it applies to many in ministry. Being in ministry myself since I was a young child being a PK and then pursuing ministry through college, this talks about things we go through in life as an individual, couple, and family.

I learned many things through the school of experience and others from wisdom.

Thank you for speaking about all of these wonderful subjects. It’s great for young couples with no children or small children. It is helping me with a variety range of children in different stages in life.

Wonderful, wonderful book!!

What an encouragement this book was to me in my journey as a pastors wife. It is biblical and practical and the author speaks transparently of her own struggles. Thus book was much needed and is much appreciated. I have already shared it with my pastors wife friends and will also be using in one on one discipleship with new pastors wives.

This was a great “read” … so practical. Christine really shares her heart and is vulnerable. Each chapter was clear and full of scripture and challenged me personally. She doesn’t mince words, she shares truth and challenges so gracefully. Highly recommend.

My husband and I planted a church over a year ago. I didn’t realize how much I needed this book, even before I was considering myself a “pastors wife.” Christine put words to every thing I was going through and I finally felt seen and realized, I am a pastors wife! There were many tears and aha moments as I discovered myself in a new way through this book! It helped me in so many ways and also challenged me to humbly walk in the calling God has given me. Sharing the chapter for husbands with my hubby was also helpful for him. We are new to this and we were not prepared for what all ministry entailed, especially emotionally and mentally, but I am grateful for this resource which has been a blessing for me and my family and has given us a great advice as we move forward and continue running the race.
