I like how this audio gets to the core of what's difficult about losing weight. It tackles the mindset, fears, doubts - and then helps you get rid of them through the visualization methods of the hypnotic gastric band. I love it and love the shift in my mindset regarding weight loss and food.

Narrator's voice was grating on the nerves, Had to adjust the speed & even that couldn't tolerate. The overall content was not good compared to others like it. I would highly recommend NOT purchasing this one. There are many better one's available on audible that are outstanding!
