Reinforces a lot of the key principles of real estate investing. The infinite banking takes it to another level. Great instructions on how to be successful. Get a coach , network, implement!

All these concepts about the infinite banking system don’t tell you that it is in essence a savings account with some perks. All the hype will confirm false once you try to open one of those accounts provided you know the right questions to ask.

Just a general overview of real estate investing at best with using the term IBC. You can get 1000x more on YouTube for free. Can’t believe this cost me a full credit which is $15.

Beyond basic

Do not recommend. Reviewed basic real-estate concepts, then attached very basic IBC examples to them. Wasn’t worth my $5 or my time.

Basic Real-Estate with a Sprinkle of IBC

I’ve been a real estate investor for a long time, and have read every book about infinite banking and how to use it properly. This is an elementary level of the IBC. I didn’t learn a single new thing and every chapter is repetitive.

For example…

Each chapter will talk 98% of the different strategies for real estate investors and then at the end of each chapter the IBC will swoop in with a “but wait, there’s more! You can do this with infinite banking!”. This book is more about basic real estate investing strategies than infinite banking.

This might be good if you’re a newbie at real estate investing AND infinite banking, but if you have knowledge in one…not going to be a good read/listen.
