Excellent Information

I learned so much about how to intermittent fasting can help me loose weight and feel better. I am a woman that is 53 years old and I have been intermittent fasting but I wasn’t doing it correctly. This book taught me how to do it. I expect to see the results I’m looking for, which is slow and steady weight loss. 2lbs a week. Thank so much for writing this book!!

kinda out dated. vegan. I do IF on Carnivore

try this on Grass fed Meat and Eggs and wow .. if your a Man and want muscle.
this lady is really giving women advise.
