Its a great sane way to manage my food issues.

Lovely audiobook! Nice Its working for me and I have tried everything. I sit at a desk all day and also have an autoimmune thyroid condition so I am shocked it is actually working for me. Its a great sane way to manage my food issues as well.

Lots of good information in one place.

Lots of good information in one place, mostly supported by science. I found it bothersome that scientific claims do not contain direct citations to published research, and that chapters contain a bibliography with citations lacking reference. Also, very much speculation around how primitive humans lived as a means to justify claims, make reading somewhat annoying.

Anyone who is interested in fasting .

Great listen. Anyone who is interested in fasting should read this and Dr Jason The Obesity Code. This audiobook covers intermittent, alternate day, and extended fasting with key benefits of each, techniques for safe and healthy "refeeding," and encouragement in the form of success stories. Definitely worth checking out.
