However, now that I'm into my 4th week, I can appreciate the number of great tasty recipes in this book, compared to other books in this category. I'm also exercising and losing 2 pounds a week. The food is yummy and satisfying. I recommend this book and the diet.

I bought this book because I was on maternity leave and wanted to leave Keto. I usually cook every day, but it is even harder now. This book contains many ideas on how to pre-cook, how to reduce the color of dishes, and ideas about codons and how to make recipes different. There are no photos that can scare some people, but I am fine. It helps to adhere to the ketone, delicious, reduce the workload and clean
