Great introduction to Krav Maga

Very good introduction to what Krav Maga is, where it came from, why it was developed and where it is used today. I recommend this book for anyone exploring this style of defensive fighting techniques.

Misinformation

The book contained some good, factual information. Although it is quite obvious that the author has little to no experience and has never been in a high stress or life threatening situation. The author simply regurgitates information from other sources who apparently we're also clueless about real world life threatening situations. This is entertainment worthy ONLY! Using the suggestions for defence in this book could get you killed in the real world.
