Mercy or Murder?

This time around, author Robert Thornhill tackles the subject of euthanasia. When a bereaved relative insists on an autopsy after her father's death, the St. Louis police discover that someone is assisting dying patients to end their suffering. Officers Walt and Ox are assigned the case, and we benefit from their research on both sides of the issue.

George Kuch does his usual fine job of portraying Walt and his friends.

Very thought-provoking

Any additional comments?

The author did a good job telling a story dealing with a tough subject. I'm glad he didn't get preachy. I really like the narrator. He is one of my favorites. I received this audiobook for free from the author for my unbiased review.

Dying with Dignity

Once we get past a certain age this becomes more of a reality. I love the authors ability to put this subject in such a light that we can also laugh at it. I can't get enough of this author and narrator they are a match made in heaven.

# 6 in series

Sometimes a series gets a little bit old but not this one. I enjoyed this book very much. Both the story and the narrator did a wonderful job. On to book #7.

Lady Justice and Dr Death Book 6

Murder and mayhem with lots of comedy to offset a serious controversial subject.

George Kuch's narration is excellent as always.

Thought provoking!

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes, all of Robert Thornhill's books are entertaining and thought provoking.

Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?

All the twists and turns kept you involved to the end.

Have you listened to any of George Kuch’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Another triumph! He makes Walt seem like an old friend.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

To die or not to die, that is the question.

LADY JUSTICE ON DEATH AND DYING

Once again Walter Williams and his band of seniors are thrust into a confrontation of good and evil dilemma. Sometimes humorous, Sometimes full of mystery and suspense. Walt and Oz try to find the right and wrong of assisted suicide. Walt always seem to find himself as the undercover lure. But now he needs to be almost dead. This is, as always, a great listen that allows you to think about issues without the emotional baggage.

Murder Mystery Suspense and above all Humor. GREAT

Extraordinarily well written, the characters are so multidimensional that they essentially leap out from every page. I had to remind myself that, after getting lost in these books for hours, the characters weren't real! I was so immersed in the world of Snapped that I had to force myself to come back to reality and put the book down from time to time. The story line is fantastic and kept me on the edge of my seat at all times. Currently suffering from "finishers remorse," but looking forward to more from this Author..
The plot is interesting with an engaging cast of characters. The narrator, George Kush, has a wonderful talent for giving a different voice to each character. It makes for an enjoyable listening experience. I’m looking forward to listening to more of this series.

Very Enjoyable!

Both the narrator and author are very talented. This is the second book that I have listened to and I loved it! I love the subtle humor in the stories. Although this book is part of a series it is also a standalone. Part of the book brings back some nostalgic memories and part of it is very thought provoking. I look forward to listening more on this series. I was voluntarily provided this audiobook at no charge by the author, publisher, and/or narrator.
