Publisher's summary

Introduction

God (Yahweh) said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. God (Yahweh) saw the light, and saw that it was good. God (Yahweh) divided the light from the darkness. God (Yahweh) called the light “day”, and the darkness he called “night”. There was evening and there was morning, the first day. Genesis 1:3-5 WEB

Nowhere in scripture was this command ever amended or rescinded.

It has been suggested that the universe is still growing at the speed of light, as it is infinite. I believe that it would be safe to say that as long as there is light in the world, that darkness will never again cover the earth. Light = Illumination and Enlightenment, and the only reason there is any darkness at all is because the first-man Adam chose to eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Light in relationship to creation was called Day. Light in relationship to the New Creation is called the Daystar arising in our hearts. Where truth prevails, light rules the day. As long as there is light in the world, the darkness will be dispelled.

"I am the Light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life." John 8:12 NASB

Light is the primary thing that affects our vision, and though our spiritual eyes are presently adjusting to low light conditions, we can still see well enough to navigate through this reality.

"You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden; nor does anyone light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. "Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven." Mt. 5:14-16 NASB

"When I was a child, I used to speak like a child, think like a child, reason like a child; when I became a man, I did away with childish things. For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face; now I know in part, but then I will know fully just as I also have been fully known. But NOW faith, hope, love, abide these three; but the greatest of these is LOVE." 1 Cor. 13:11-13 NASB

"Love never stops loving. It extends beyond the gift of prophecy, which eventually fades away. It is more enduring than tongues, which will one day fall silent. Love remains long after words of knowledge are forgotten. Our present knowledge and our prophecies are but partial, but when love’s perfection arrives, the partial will fade away." 1Cor. 13:8-10 TPT
