Publisher's summary

The Winx Club is an international PHENOMENON. The animated series is fondly remembered by a grown-up, loyal fanbase, and nostalgia is raging after the announcement that Netflix will release FATE: The Winx Saga, the newest installment in the franchise.

Taking its cue from powerhouse teen properties like Riverdale, Sabrina, and Katy Keene, this is a new, fresh, live-action take on the beloved Winx characters as they band together to protect the magical realm of Alfea.

The series follows Bloom, an intelligent and wickedly funny fairy, and her friends as they unravel the mysteries of Alfea College (a high school for fairies) and train to become protectors of the realm.

Loved it!

It was nice to get the perspectives of everyone. Not necessarily a needed prequel, but definitely adds more depth to the series reading this beforehand.
