I was given an Audible Download Code for this title in exchange for my review. It was my first experience with an audio book, and overall I am pleased. I listen in my car on my way to/from work, and my only "complaint" is that the content is so great that I'm not able to absorb it as much as I would like via by just listening to it. I loved the information so much that I purchased both the book and companion guide to help me really dive into the material. I highly recommend this title!

Without really knowing it I used to set goals based on what I thought I should be doing, what other people in my career were trying to achieve, what others in similar stages of their lives were doing. I never knew what my passions were, what my beliefs were, what I truly wanted. No wonder I wasn't hitting my goals. Live Your Gift guided me through a process to shut out the noise of the outside world and find myself. In addition, I learned a step-by-step process to make each and every goal a reality. The organization, the level of detail, and the thoughtfulness behind the overall process was a gamechanger for me. I'm actively incorporating the Life Mapping process into my everyday life. I loved the book and companion guide so much I’m attending Dana’s workshops and I’ve joined her online course. Live Your Gift is changing my life and I’m excited for the future.

This audiobook came into my life at the exact moment I needed it!!! I've had several changes in my life over the last year and I was constantly trying to figure out what I was supposed to be doing with my life when it came to me personally and professionally. Dana has done such an amazing job helping me through this process in the way she teaches how to set goals and achieve them through the book and workbook. I'm such a squirrel in everything I do and I get sidetracked and don't finish most of the projects I begin but this book has made me want to complete it and really work towards where I want to be and be happy doing it! I greatly enjoy that Dana reads the book so I can really get where she meant for the emotion to be at as well. It hits the message home for me.

If you are stuck in your life and you are trying to figure out where you are supposed to be and how to get there, then this is the book for you!! You won't be disappointed and you will want to share with all of your friends and family that are discouraged as well. I received a free download of this book in exchange for an honest review.

This book and workbook are beautiful written and took me on a journey of self reflection. I was able to gather clarity around who I truly am and who I am becoming, and what was getting in my way. I loved the workbook, the visuals are stunning and super simple to follow and understand. I finally recognized the disconnect I was having. I kept forgetting to tie my value to my principals and that shift alone was magical for me.

I recieved this book free through audible in exchange for an honest review... And I'm a sucker for a free-be, I'll often sign up for stuff like this even if it never would have piqued my interest while browsing for new things.
But let me tell you... After listening to her introduction and the first chapter I was so moved by her words I purchased the Kindle version (cause I was too impatient to wait for a physical copy) so I could highlight and continue to flip back & fourth as I worked through the life-mapping & goals setting suggestions. I would listen to her calm soothing voice while on walks, then go back to the 'hard copy' to implement the suggestions.
Dana is personal in her sharing, the different example stories are motivating and uplifting, and the breakdown of everything is easy to follow (though it may be harder to look this deep I to yourself to start self change)

I definitely recommend this book if your looking for a new way to approach life changing goal setting techniques.

Just buy it and change your life!

After listening to this book on Audible, I want to get the real book so I can mark it up and start taking action. Dana makes it extremely clear, with well thought out steps to start living your gift. She uses great examples after each step so you get the information at a deeper level. And most importantly it's not just about career, it can be after you retire, a kid getting ready for college...anything. What is it that you were put on this earth to do and share with the world? Dana makes it all feel possible and that it's never too late. I also love hearing a book being read by it's Author, I think the true essence really shines through. Dana also offers workshops on this, which I think would be invaluable to process through in person. So much juicy information that I will have to listen several times over! Can't wait to start digging in and finding my gift...thank you Dana V. Adams for creating such a crystal clear road map.

Experience the amazing combination of Dana's calming voice, excellent speech and thoroughly researched topic of "living your gift"! I was mesmerized and had a very hard time breaking away.
