Written with the intent of creating an entry-level report concerning the core principles of the Law of One and Confederation philosophy in general, this book takes the listener through a discussion of Law of One principles such as unity, free will, love, light, and polarity. It then works with the Confederation version of the concept that each person has an energy body with seven chakras. It discusses this concept and its implications for the seeker, chakra by chakra. It turns the player into a Player! This is a light-hearted book about the Game of Life. It is an easy listen, and yet the principles of the Law of One are not simplified. Rather, they are offered in an order which makes coherent sense. Principle builds upon principle to offer an overall view of Confederation philosophy which is a bit easier to grasp as a whole than the original Law of One books, where the question-and-answer format offers the same information in a somewhat fragmented form, although with endless interest. I did a lot of crying and releasing during this whole book. Everything will be chill while listening then suddenly he will read something that surges through me on such a deep level all I can do in the moment is cry. While I learned so much everything felt as if I already knew it all along. It all just clicked.
This book helps you to understand how Living the law of one is not only beneficial but crucial for our health and well being. If that isn't a great motivator I don't know what is.
She discusses how sex plays a huge role in spirituality and even shares bits and pieces of her own sex life so she can give real life examples as to give an idea how it works. I always felt that love making played a bigger part in evolution than just to conceive babies.
She shares some meditation practices, mantras, and prayers . I'm excited to dive into her other books. I feel a special connection to the author. I feel as though she is with me while I listened and even after I finished the book. I'm definitely including this book on my recommendation list for anyone looking to understand how we are all connected and just how powerful the phrase, "do unto others as you would have them do unto you" is.
