This book is amazing it's informative it's easy to understand the recipes the way that he brings you slowly into strength training is amazing highly recommended

A Good Book

I turned fifty and needed motivation to get started. Just what I needed to get off the couch and start working out and eating better. Easy to follow. Great advice.
