Emotional storytelling, encouraging examples

Love that this audiobook brings out so much of Kelly - her voice, intonation and thinking as these words came to life feels like having a coffee with her and listening to her share a piece of her heart with genuine intention. There are people who just makes you feel like a better person by being in her company. This audiobook just does that. Insightful, witty and inspiring to action.

Thought provoking, actionable ideas

The positive messages within this book are incredibly refreshing. I really like the actionable steps provided at the end of the chapters. Everyone can take these ideas and implement them to make work a more positive experience for all.
