Growing up homeschooled in a Christian household, I thought I was desensitized to overly saccharine, Bible-verse-laced content—but this book proved me wrong. Cloaked as an organizing guide, it reads more like a devotional wrapped in Pinterest-style platitudes. Between the relentless scripture drops, chirpy encouragements to “get your girlfriends together for fellowship,” and an avalanche of Christian lifestyle fluff, any actual organizing advice feels like an afterthought. Honestly, the only remotely useful tip I walked away with was labeling cups with a Sharpie—and I could’ve gotten that off a mom blog in two seconds. If you’re looking for serious, practical organizing help, pick up "Unstuff your life" by Andrew Mellon.
