Good book, but a terrible audible book

I liked the content, but it wasn’t a good book to listen to. For one, the narrator sounded like a robot and she was reading the book for the first time. Her voice and cadence was so annoying and I felt it made the book a little less enjoyable. Second, there is a quiz and yoga sequences in the book that are really helpful. However, it’s less effective in audio version. Having the hard book is better.

Good motherhood personality insight

I really enjoyed the break down of varying motherhood personality types. I found it all very insightful for reflection and clipped a lot of the affirmations and meditations/exercises. I will revisit when needed for sure!

Ok advice but can be passed over

The book started off fine. Helpful tips and a quiz to see who you are as a mother and correct some self-defeating behaviors and stressors. It kind of dragged on though and I struggled to finish it. The narrator also sounded a little over the top.

ery helpful

i found the content to be helpful as a new mama. bit the lady who read it out loud sounds terrible, almost as if it was read by a computer. very weird diction. but I listened to the whole book and learned a lot. I will be referencing this material often, despite the weird voice.
