Get in the efficiency zone

I've always aspired to be as efficient and effective as possible in managing my work load and this book certainly has helped point me in the right direction. It's shown me the errors of my ways by eliminating the non-essential and applying what is necessary.
The author has a way that helps create efficiency in a clear and fluid working process. By adapting what is taught here I hope to become absolutely mission focused, while still being accountable to those in my work environment. I look forward to seeing the positive result in time to come.

Excellent Resource For Those Working In Tech

Picked up this book because the company I work for started to adopt the agile project management method. It explains various aspects like communication, benchmarking, etc. Amongst all, I found the real world examples particularly useful in helping me understand how to utilize the framework at work.

Don't Kill The Project

Project management is important because it brings leadership and direction to projects. Without project management, a team can be like a ship without a rudder, moving but without direction, control, or purpose. Leadership allows and enables team members to do their best work.

Ultimately project management, like most disciplines, requires just that discipline. This mindset discipline far outweighs any tool or management fad with a catchy name. This guide cuts to the chase and provides information to help you manage your projects with the resources and necessary knowledge. Put your worries to rest by buying this book.
