A great book

This book above all made me think about my work as a manager.
The clarity of priorities, putting people first, preferring culture over process, these all make a lot of sense.
I will recommend it to be managers in my company ❤️🙏

Makes me want to go back to people management

I am currently not a people manager (I was in the past) but I know Gal from his great podcast so I wanted to give the book a try. I was not disappointed!
This is one of the best non-fiction books I've ever listened to. A lot of it was echoing things I already believed in, but there were several points which really made me think. The book really makes me want to get back to managing people, applying some of the great tips and points.

Robert Tendy also did a very good job of keeping things interesting and made the listening flow very nice - not an easy task for a non-fiction book without a lot of dialog.

Can't wait to listen to more of Gal's books.

A must read for fresh or tenured EMs

I really liked how the author provides both high level frameworks and day to day anecdotes.
This book makes you think, it doesn't tell you what to do.
I recommend reading it in sync with other EMs from the same company and hold a book club to discuss it.

Boring & not relevant

Focused on self promotion of the author. No useful information. Super disappointed for waisting my time in this.
