This is a powerful book!
Great with the choice of speeding or slowing of audio. It makes it easier to follow along during the repetitions of the mantras. i used to be glad for explanations of inserted words added to the essential mantras.

I absolutely loved this audio book however I wish there was an actual book or some sort of print out material in order that I be ready to read the mantras so i do know what he's saying and that i would be ready to chant on my very own at a slower pace if need be.

As the title says, it's extremely heavy on meditation! I read this as a part of my yoga teacher educational program . it had been fascinating. Parts of it were slower than others, but overall it's a tremendous reference that i will be able to still come to.
