About this listen

Some people have nightmares of finding a monster in their closet, but how many fantasize about it?

If you fall into the latter category, you get me. There I was, simply working to program my visual novel and find my muse, when BAM! Monster girl in my closet. Needless to say, she changed my life. For the better at first, sure. But then there was the hunter, and the crazy lady who spoke of another world where the monsters live.

So the adventure began.

WARNING: Monster ladies, adult situations, and violence abound. These stories are full of monstergirls, take you on adventures ranging from monster lands to Mt. Fuji in Japan, and are full of action and adventure. Hop into the complete series, books 1-6. Enjoy!

This was a mistake

None of this story makes any sense, bad dialogue, bad characters, nonsensical situation, constant backtracking and the best voice acting.

Lost another author to the woke polyamory crowd

I really wanted to give this a chance. Like genuinely tried. I read Jamie's other books, the super ex heros series, and those were great. So when I saw this, I didn't even hesitate. I should have though. I had to force myself to get through the first book, but because of Jamie's other works, I thought maybe it would pick up. But the red flags were there. A weak wimpy MC with no balls, the confusion of a harem with a polyamorous relationship. The first girl even said a line that I knew, I knew deep down where the book would head, but I held out on a small prayer that it wouldn't go that way. I was wrong. so wrong. I don't understand who is telling these authors how to write their books, but it's just bad. The harem genre is being flooded by cuck mcs who have zero balls, and nice their way through the entire series and win. Holy shit, that's pathetic. What happened to the genuine struggle? What happened to the women not dating each other, or sharing each other? Why do all the women have to be bisexual? It's ok to write straight women. It's ok, to have the MC be the one who lays with them. It's ok to write the women to not be into other women. I don't know if Jamie got cucked, and was convinced that it was the greatest thing on earth to happen to someone? Or if the woke people got to him and convinced him to write his women to all be bisexual strong independent wahmen but either way its just not something I care for. Polyamory is just not the same as a harem. So if you're like me, and you want a good harem novel, skip this, and go read The last male elf. Now that book is a real harem, with awesome female characters written well and properly, and a good mc who grows. There's also Son of the hero king which is honestly my favorite harem series, or Gryph the Gryphon rider. those are all amazing harem books where the mc doesn't getting cucked and the harem is well written. None of that polyamory bs. Anyways, I was severely disappointed by James. I really thought he was one of the few authors who haven't fallen to that polyamory woke trope, but nope. I was very wrong. Truly a shame. That said, the voice work wasn't awful. Actually, the voicework was the only good thing about this train wreck of a "harem" novel. What a letdown.
