Publisher's summary

The original and best-selling story of the miracles and message of Medjugorje, the little town in the hills of the former Yugoslavia that has become a global phenomenon. Journalist Wayne Weible tells how his life was forever changed by what he experienced there.

With refreshing candor and self-deprecating humor, Wayne Weible (1937-2018) takes listeners with him on the adventure to Medjugorje that radically and permanently changed his life. You will discover the apparitions of the Blessed Mother along with him, as he chronicles the ways that the Virgin Mary continues to speak to the world today from Medjugorje. This book continues as the best seller on Medjugorje in the English language, with more than 385,000 copies sold.

“Since 1981, the message of conversion and reconciliation with God has been uniquely reaffirmed by the Blessed Virgin Mary in the unlikely little village of Medjugorje. She has been appearing there daily to six young people who live in the valley that lies in the shadow of the cross on Mount Krizevac. According to the youths chosen for this special mission of renewal, the mother of Jesus is bringing an urgent plea from her Son to all mankind to turn away from a world terminally ill with the disease of sin and reconcile with Him.” (Wayne Weible)

Our Lady’s love for humanity

This book is a pure true story from the heart of a Lutheran man who received a message from Virgin Mary. It opens eyes and helps us think deeper about purpose of life. It reveals Gods plan for his creation and his abundant graces are pouring through Mary to millions who come to Medjugorije . Medjugorije is heaven on earth , there is no words to describe the purity and beauty of this little village but yet every one who has been there agrees. There is no place like it and if one is seeking peace on Earth there is no doubt in my heart that you will find it in Medjugorije. Great book!

Riveting

I'm one of those people - so immersed in my own life that I didn't know what Medjugorje was or how to pronounce it. When my pastor was invited to a last-minute pilgrimage, I decided to learn. It was because of his first trip in the 90s that led him to the priesthood. This audiobook truly helped me to understand. It is amazing that miracles like this happen every day, yet we are so secluded in our lives that we believe our weekly church attendance is all we need. Listening to the book made it possible for me to get the story. Had I been reading it, though just as interesting, it would not be fully read for many months - disintegrating it impact. Now, I want to go... for the silence; for the peace; for the messages that I know God has for me.
