Publisher's summary

In this collection of 30 cat poems, author Debbie De Louise shares her love and knowledge of the felines she’s known throughout her life.

Most of the poems are inspired by her current and past cats. Some poems are funny; others are sad, but all reflect the beauty, intelligence, and special characteristics of these animals.

Kats

I cried, I laughed, yes I do have Kats. The author captures everything a kat will do, especially the kneading poem. Narration is so important to the listening and Ms. Hilgart has a smooth, comforting tone and inflection it was a very nice listen. I will listen again and each time a fur baby of mine crosses over the bridge.

Gotta Love Those Cats

I loved them all. My favorite was The Cat Lady. I think everyone knows a cat lady. For me it is my sister. Listening to that poem made me think it was written about her.

The narrator did a terrific job. Her use of tone and inflections made the audible very enjoyable listening.
