Informative, practical and helpful

As a 68-year-old lifelong (self-diagnosed) ADHDer, Taylor helped me come to a new and deeper understanding of adult ADHD. I self-diagnosed decades ago when I had two sons tested for ADHD. I cared for my sons, but I failed to attend to self-care. While I would come to understand how I had developed coping skills over the years, I had not fully grasped how to flourish with ADHD. Taylor offers helpful tools for transforming ADHD into a strength (rather than feeling shame for a weakness). I found the book enormously informative, practical and helpful. I recommend this book for anyone at any age with ADHD and for anyone at any age with a loved one or a friend with ADHD. I, for sure, will share this book with my now adult sons and their loved ones.

Useful

There are some useful practices outlined in the book. The goal was to give different approaches to ADHD and be able help people make changes in their life. I think it is a good addition to ADHD focused books and short enough to be accessible to those with ADHD.

The exercises for organizing thoughts

I liked the book overall. I like how they structure it specifically for the target audience(men with adhd). It's well written an easy to understand as well. I think it would really help people with adhd to reorganize their thoughts and activities.
