Publisher's summary
“Mindfulness: A ‘How to’ Approach to Instill Peace, Reduce Stress, and Harness the ‘Present’ to Achieve Happiness.”
This book is designed specifically for people who go through life feeling depressed, lonely, anxious, and stressed out, and assume that this is the natural way to be. They feel like there is nothing that can be done about this, but most of them are this way due to a state of being that focuses constantly on the past or future. This is not the way things have to be, and there’s a better way to live. Today only, get this Amazon bestseller for just $0.99. Regularly priced at $4.99. Read on your PC, Mac, smart phone, tablet or Kindle device. 'Mindfulness' is your solution. So what is 'Mindfulness'? Mindfulness is an idea that helps people break free of this mental prison, which lives entirely in the past and future, and find a way to a happier and more productive existence. This is a special way of living that allows you to flourish in life, instead of simply struggling to make it through your days. This way of being allows you to recover quickly from difficult times, and comes with plenty of mental and physical health benefits. In this book, I introduce possibly unfamiliar concepts such as: (1) What is Mindfulness and Why Does it Matter? (2) What traits does a Mindful person possess? (3) The History of Mindfulness (4) Harnessing the Present and Methods for Getting Into the 'Now' (5) Common Mindfulness 'Myths' (6) Mindfulness Obstacles and other Solutions (7) How to Breathe and Listen Mindfully (8) Mindful Meditation and Conscious Observation (9) How to Access a 'Higher Consciousness' and much more! Most people spend their lives thinking over and over events that happen in life and worrying over what might happen. This leads to them forgetting to fully live and enjoy their lives, right here in the present moment. Becoming mindful is a method for noticing life as it unfolds around you. Mindfulness is relevant in all situations of life, and it’s something anyone can learn to do and benefit from, starting today Why should you buy this book? This book was created to tell you about a solution that allows you to live, peacefully, in the now. The now is the only moment that really exists, even though our minds love to try to convince us otherwise and hold us hostage in the past or future. Although the majority of people dwell in the phantoms of the past or future, there is an alternative. Purchasing this book will allow you to immerse yourself in the experiences happening right now. Take action now and download your copy of “Mindfulness: A ‘How to’ Guide to Instill Peace, Reduce Stress, and Harness the ‘Present’ to Achieve Happiness.” by scrolling up and clicking “Buy Now With 1-Click” button. Story
The ancient Toltecs believed that life, as we perceive it, is a dream. We each live in our own personal dream, and these come together to form the dream of the planet, or the world in which we live. Problems arise when our perception of the dream becomes clouded with negativity, drama, and judgment (of ourselves and others), because it's in these moments of suffering that we have forgotten that we are the architects of our own reality and we have the power to change our dream if we choose.

Story
The book of Enoch was thought to be lost for over 2,000 years until, in 1773, a traveller brought three copies back from Ethiopia. Whether or not this ancient book was actually authored by Enoch, the father of Methuselah and great-grandfather of Noah, is an ongoing debate among historians and theologians. But all recognise the book of Enoch as one of the most important apocalyptic works outside of the Bible.

The Qur'an, believed by Muslims to be the word of God, was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad 1,400 years ago. It is the supreme authority in Islam and the living source of all Islamic teaching; it is a sacred text and a book of guidance that sets out the creed, rituals, ethics, and laws of the Islamic religion. It has been one of the most influential books in the history of literature. Recognized as the greatest literary masterpiece in Arabic, it has nevertheless remained difficult to understand in its English translations.

Actually hear a friend's voice congratulating you or feel yourself hugging that person. If you wanted a new piano, run your hand over the smooth wood, touch the keys, and listen to the sound. If you want to receive a dozen roses, actually smell the fragrance and touch their velvety petals.

Helpful Info, But ...
This is a nice introduction to mindfulness. It was free which is the only justification I have for getting it, but Audible... Virtual Voice? Seriously? AI reading should never ever be an option for an audio book.
