Problems arise when our perception of the dream becomes clouded with negativity, drama, and judgment (of ourselves and others), because it's in these moments of suffering that we have forgotten that we are the architects of our own reality and we have the power to change our dream if we choose.

Benefit of mindfulness is self-awareness

Mindfulness is something that I am actually working on with my therapist and is something I really do need. I lost my infant son in a car crash, where I was the driver, and so a lot of guilt and irrational reasoning take over my though process in every aspect of my life
