About this listen
A 21 days plan to begin a new Life
I propose a plan for 21 days for you to incorporate meditation into your life. A cycle well-known by scientists to be especially helpful in making beneficial changes in your life. The first part is theoretical and the second is practice. But don't worry; I don't give too much theory, only what it is necessary, since the objective is clearly practical: to learn how to meditate. In the practical part I explain the exercises you will be doing from day to day.
You will learn how to meditate, in your house, sitting on a chair or lying on a mat, without complicated positions.
You will learn the basic theory and some simple but profound techniques of raja yoga meditation.
You do not need to have prior knowledge, have the body adapted to yogic positions or possess spiritual or religious concerns.
Meditation is a tool that will allow you to control and calm your mind, reduce stress and, therefore, get to know yourself better and lead a fuller and happier life.
What you will learn with this book
What is Meditation?
The Benefits of Meditation
Why meditate?
The materials you need
A little history
What is the Principle of Rhythm?
How to create a habit
The proper posture to meditate
The Art of Conscious breathing
How to relax your body and mind
How to concentrate your mind

Story
The ancient Toltecs believed that life, as we perceive it, is a dream. We each live in our own personal dream, and these come together to form the dream of the planet, or the world in which we live. Problems arise when our perception of the dream becomes clouded with negativity, drama, and judgment (of ourselves and others), because it's in these moments of suffering that we have forgotten that we are the architects of our own reality and we have the power to change our dream if we choose.

Story
Just before Christmas in 1843, a debt-ridden and dispirited Charles Dickens wrote a small book he hoped would keep his creditors at bay. His publisher turned it down, so Dickens used what little money he had to put out A Christmas Carol himself. He worried it might be the end of his career as a novelist. The book immediately caused a sensation. And it breathed new life into a holiday that had fallen into disfavor, undermined by lingering Puritanism and the cold modernity of the Industrial Revolution.

Story
The book of Enoch was thought to be lost for over 2,000 years until, in 1773, a traveller brought three copies back from Ethiopia. Whether or not this ancient book was actually authored by Enoch, the father of Methuselah and great-grandfather of Noah, is an ongoing debate among historians and theologians. But all recognise the book of Enoch as one of the most important apocalyptic works outside of the Bible.
